📝Terms of service
AGREEMENT
Be commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS.
If you fail to carefully read my terms of service, I will not be responsible for any misunderstanding.
I reserve the absolute right to refuse orders.
The finished product may not be copied, publicly shared, resold, transferred, claimed as self-made, or modified without permission. If you intend to resell my merchandise, please contact me in advance.
Quotations may be adjusted based on actual production conditions. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please refrain from publicly disclosing price and other commission details.
The scheduling date provided upon inquiry is the current scheduling date. If other clients pay deposits and secure scheduling ahead of you, resulting in a delay in your scheduling date, it is not our responsibility.
If contact with the client is lost for over two weeks and attempts to locate them are unsuccessful, the commission will be considered abandoned.
As I occasionally conduct work live streams, your commission may be produced during these broadcasts. Please inform me if you wish for the process to remain confidential.
-Initial pricing provided for commissions applies to commercial use. However, intellectual property rights remain with me.
Upon completion, the finished product will be provided via a Google Drive sharing link, which will remain active for two weeks. Please download your files within this timeframe. I will not be responsible for file damage after two weeks.
If you use my work on any social media platform, please tag me.
Your commission content may be used as a sample of my work and may be shared on my social media platforms in the form of screenshots, JPEG/GIF images, or showcase videos.
Please refrain from using commissioned works for any blockchain-related technologies, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, etc.
Please do not modify the model parameters without authorization. I will not be responsible for any issues arising from unauthorized model modifications.
Please understand that I will not assume responsibility for delays in the following situations: (a) Slow client feedback (please respond within four days after each update I send), (b) Issues with the model's artwork requiring return to the artist for resolution, (c) Client requests excessive changes or indecisiveness, affecting the normal progress of work, resulting in an inability to meet the agreed-upon delivery date, thus affecting the scheduled appearance date. In this case, the client cannot blame me for late model delivery or request a refund.
WORKFLOW
If you wish to commission me, please fill out the application form on the Apply page.
After filling out the application form, we will discuss the commission price, time, and other relevant details via email.
Once everything is confirmed, you will need to pay the full 50% deposit to formally schedule the commission.
After receiving the commission deposit, I will contact you again to confirm the details before formally processing your commission.
The commission process will begin with the creation of a rough draft, which will be sent to you in JPG format for confirmation of whether it meets your requirements. If modifications are needed, please provide your feedback.
Once the final draft is completed, the finished product will be sent to you in JPG format for confirmation.
The modeling of characters will be presented in video format, and modifications can be requested if necessary.
After the final payment is made, you will receive a download link for the model files. Please download them within two weeks, as I will not be responsible for any issues after the deadline.
Throughout the commission process, minor modifications can be made twice at each stage (rough draft, final draft, modeling). Additional modification fees will be charged for exceeding the number of modifications allowed.

Payment via Paypal incurs an additional 5% handling fee, while bank transfer is available for domestic transactions within Taiwan.

As described in the workflow, you are required to pay a 50% deposit to initiate the commission process.
If the commission needs to be canceled due to client reasons, the deposit will not be refunded.
In the event that I am unable to complete the commission due to my own reasons, you will receive a full refund.
Once the work has commenced, refunds will not be issued.
The initial prices provided for commissions are intended for commercial use, but intellectual property rights and related rights remain with me.
Q&A
Q : How can I increase my chances of my application being selected?
A : I will select the styles I like most. I do not accept R18 or cross-dressing type works.
Q : Can I get a quote if my illustrator hasn't completed the model deconstruction yet?
A : Yes, you can provide the model's draft and requirements for a quote.
Q : When should I give you my PSD file?
A : Please try to submit the file at least 2 weeks before the commission starts, and at the latest, it must be submitted on the day of the commission.
Q : How should we discuss during the commission?
A : Please use email for all commission discussions, and do not use any other social media for work discussions.
Q : What software should I use for model operation?
A : For basic models, use Vtuber Studio, and for advanced models, use VBridger together. For hardware, it is recommended to use an IOS system mobile phone for facial supplementation.
Q : What is VBridger?
A : VBridger is a facial supplementation software designed specifically for IOS systems. It can more fully capture your facial expressions, including puffed cheeks, sticking out tongue, pouting, chewing, etc.
Can I draw and change the model's appearance from the material package?
A : No, please do not modify the content of the model I created without authorization.
Can I commission new outfits for my favorite Vtuber?
A : Yes, if the model was originally produced by me, you can commission new outfits. However, the official files will be sent directly to the Vtuber, not to you. If the model was made by someone else and there are no project files, I cannot accept the commission.

There is a limit of 2 revisions for each stage, and additional revision fees will be charged if the number of revisions exceeds this limit.
This price is for operational files only. If you need engineering files, please discuss the additional payment required with me.

Designing a character requires providing complete and detailed information, such as the character's gender, preferred colors, clothing style, etc. If there are relevant reference images, you can include them as well.
If you have no idea about the character design at all, you can tell me the character's personality and backstory, and I will assist you in creating the model.

LIVE2D RIGGING
Please prepare the PSD file with the character design properly organized, including layer names and grouping. If the PSD file you provide is not organized properly and requires fixing from my end, additional charges may apply.
If there are many additional features added to the model, please provide me with detailed descriptions of your requirements in a Google document or PDF file. If you have reference images or videos, please attach them as well.
Additional charges may apply if the model is highly asymmetrical.
